Also known as an “Italian Wedding Cake”, Rosebud’s Cannoli cake will make a lasting impression. Layers of vanilla cake are held together with sweet cannoli cream (sweet ricotta cheese, vanilla, chocolate chips), then frosted with heavy whipping cream. An outside layer of toasted almonds completes this vision of perfection. One 10” cake serves 12-14 people.
