Rosebud Restaurants proudly introduces, Rosebud Italian Specialties and Pizzeria. This new concept provides an innovative perspective on traditional Italian cuisine with a chef driven, weekly changing menu, focusing on regional dishes and fresh ingredients. Not to worry, Rosebud classics including Chicken Vesuvio, Eggplant Parmesan and Square Noodles are staples on the menu. Another fresh addition is Our Award Winning Pizzas, a novelty in the Naperville market. The restaurant has invested in a traditional deck style oven, used to create a variety of thin crust pies smothered in an assortment of toppings. Pizzas are large enough for a table to share as an appetizer, encouraging guests to savor the flavors and one another's company before indulging in a second course. The goal is to present two distinct dining options, a more casual, family friendly pizzeria that will stay open longer hours, eventually offering carry-out and delivery as well as a white tablecloth dining room where pizzas are served in addition to the weekly menu. The cozy atmosphere throughout both spaces is casual rustic Italian with striking hardwood floors, an eclectic mix of artwork and a newly refurbished bar in the dining room which provides an ideal atmosphere to enjoy a relaxing cocktail.
